Rachita Sinha hails from Dhanbad, Jharkhand. With a decade of dedicated experience in designing and delivering high-impact educational programs across multiple domains such as technology, environment, and arts, she leads YouCAN through mindful strategy and purposeful implementation of ideas.

K. Ramnath Chandrasekhar

Co-Founder and COO, YouCAN

Ramnath hails from Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu. With a 15-year track record in implementing nature and conservation education programs in the Asia-Pacific region and working on documentaries, Ramnath is a National Geographic Explorer. He co-leads YouCAN with Rachita through partnerships, storytelling, and operations.
